George is the small character with the very sharp features and has a best-friend by the name of Lennie and he is the slow minded character of the story he has a child like mind frame and George is the one that watches over him the most since he has a slow functioning mind in the beginning of the story they were in Soledad but they had to leave because Lennie grabbed a girls dress then they proceed on elsewhere to try to start a ranch then by the end of the story George killed Lennie because he was tired of him and how he was acting and how he always had to watch out for him all of the time and keep track of what he was doing and how he was doing things and where he was so basically he just got tired of having to deal with Lennie and his childish reactions upon everything.
Lennie is the slow minded character of the story he is friends with George because George watches out for him and protects him in the story Lennie and George start off in Soledad but they have to leave because Lennie grabbed a girl dress so they had to up and leave and then they proceed on elsewhere and try to start a ranch in the new town they are in and in the middle part of the story Lennie killed Curley’s wife because he had shaken her so hard that he had broken her neck which had killed her and no he doesn't do it on purpose he just was shaking her so she could stop yelling. And by the end of the story Lennie is the character that had been killed by his own friend well the person he at least thought was his friend, George.
Curley’s wife of course a name was never mentioned for her
but she was the one in the story that was lonely and also called a tart and
someone had eyes on her and that person was Lennie as he kept saying she was “purty”
also Curley’s wife knows that her most powerful thing is her beautifulness
which she uses 24/7 to flirt with the ranch workers and all the other men just
to make her husband, Curley jealous just because he doesn’t treat her nicely just
because She is
utterly alone on the ranch, and her husband has seen to it that no one will
talk to her without fearing a beating.
